I am a Certified Professional Co-Active® Coach (CPCC) and NGH-certified Hypnotist. Living and working in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and North America helped me develop a high sensitivity and passion for cross-cultural challenges and opportunities. I have a B.Sc. in Chemical and Biotech engineering and an MBA focusing on small and medium enterprises. During my 11-year industrial career, I've specialized in matrix management and executing projects.

More than 10 years of coaching experience have focused me on the career development path and entrepreneurial mindset. In light of my scientific background, I have developed a passion for a neuroscientific approach to human behavior. My clients benefit from this knowledge, enabling them to achieve their aspirations and become more conscious of the nature of their behavior.
